SMS Terms & Opt-In Disclosure

How You Opt In

RigRelay Technologies LLC never enrolls anyone in text messaging automatically. You opt in by one explicit action: on the Request-a-Quote form in the RigRelay app, you enter your mobile number and check a consent box that reads, verbatim:

“Text me updates about my RigRelay quotes and orders. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”

  • The box is unchecked by default — you must actively check it to receive texts.
  • Checking it is optional and is not a condition of purchase or of using RigRelay.

  • We never share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Consent to Receive Text Messages

By providing your mobile phone number to RigRelay Technologies LLC (“RigRelay”) and opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from RigRelay related to your account and your dealership’s services.

Types of Messages You May Receive

Messages may include:

  • Order confirmations and status updates
  • Parts availability and back-in-stock alerts
  • Quote responses and pricing notifications
  • Service appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Account and security notifications
  • Customer support replies

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and account type. You will only receive messages related to transactions and accounts you are associated with.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. RigRelay does not charge for SMS messages, but standard carrier rates apply.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will not receive further SMS messages. To resume messages, reply START or contact us directly.

Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
